Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day return policy for the majority of the products available on our website if they have not been opened.

Please be reminded that Hobby Lobby does not process refunds for any reason. In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packed
  • The item has absolutely no marks, scratches, or breakages
  • The item is returned to us within 07 working days from the original receiving date
  • If your items are returned later than 07 days, your return will not be accepted and returned to the sender
  • If your item(s) do not meet the provided requirements, they will be returned back to you

You will receive an email indicating the denial of return.

Exchange Policy

We accept items that have not been opened or used to be processed with an exchange. Customers may request an exchange if the item is still packed and has not been opened or used in any way and, the order has not exceeded 07 days from the original date of receiving. If the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange is(are) not available, by default, your request will be processed by giving you an online voucher for the original amount of the items you have exchanged.

  • All exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed, once received
  • All exchanges must be even-exchanges only
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order

Please note:

·       Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

·       We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns

·       Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores

·       Merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned online

·       Returns are processed within (15) business days

·       You will be notified via email once your return has processed

·       If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package
